Medicine Guidebook - Mobile App
TL;DR Project Summary:
The Business Ask:
"Turn our print reference book into a mobile app."
What I Did:
- UX Leadership & Strategy
- UX Research (Use Cases, Primary Features, User Personas, Test Script Creation)
- UI Design
- Low Fidelity Prototyping
3 Things I Learned:
Business Owners can lead end user testing. Go ahead, fight me on this one. I've seen it successfully done again and again.
When Business Owners help with UX Research, they think like UX Designers and can more easily keep the product lean through implementation.
End User Testing a mobile app in person provides a lot of challenges, technically. Using the Invision App, or building a website, or shoving something into TestFlight, each have their own challenges.
